The school records document a student’s attendance over multiple years along with the classes taken and grades earned during each school year. In Holy Heart Schools (HHPS) the school records move up the grade levels along with the students.
In order to obtain the records, request for a student's transcript/ school records requires a signed release from the parent or legal guardian and make your request in written.
You may use the form found online from the school’s website www.holyheartschools.org or write your own request. All requests must include the following information:

Student's full name (as it was when attending school).

Student's date of birth.

Month and year the student last attended at HHPS school.

Whether the student completed a session or withdrew earlier.

The records being requested (high school transcript, middle school transcript, immunization records…)

The reason the transcript is being requested (i.e., education, employment, identification, etc.).

Full address (es) of where to send the copies.

The signature of either the parent (legal guardian) or the student depending on the student’s age. When submitting via mail, include a copy of your driver's license (or other government issued ID) to establish your identity.
Submit your request via mail (or in person) to the appropriate location along with payment and proof of identity. The cost for each request is :
A) Rs100 for REPORT CARDS.
B) Rs 200 for TRANSFER CERTIFICATES.
C) Rs 300 for MIGRATION CERTIFICATES.
