Admission Procedure in Holy Heart School

• Registration to the Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Lower KG and Upper KG classes will be open to all, irrespective of caste, creed or race.
• Registration for the Pre-Nursery is taken at the minimum age of 2 and half.
• Registration should be done in the school office in the first half of October.
• Specific dates for the same shall be announced by the office from time to time.
• Registration does not guarantee admission; but it entitles the students to appear for the entrance test and interview.
• The Principal and school authorities reserve the right to grant or refuse admission even after the test and interview.
• Duly filled forms and photographs should be submitted along with the required documents at the earliest.
• Incomplete forms will not be considered for admission and can be rejected.

Student admission and Health requirements

• No candidate will be admitted without a test / interview and the discretion of the school authorities regarding registration and admission procedure will be final.
• Syllabus for the entrance test will be given at the time of registration.
• Date of birth once entered will not be altered in any instance.>
• An attested copy of the most recent result available from the present / previous school, if any, should be submitted along with the application duly completed. Copies of certificates submitted are not returnable.
• The selection of the candidates will be done at the discretion of the Principal. Guardians or anybody else will not have any right to question the admission procedure to any class. If it is found that a false document is submitted, admission will be cancelled and the guardian will be responsible for all consequences. There will be no refund of any payments made
• The children who join the school at any time of a current academic year will have to pay complete fees for that academic year
